Spicy Plum and Juniper Berry Compote
Add 10-12 ripe plums (stones removed and cut into small pieces) to a saucepan on a low heat with a dash of olive oil. Wait approx 10-15 minutes for the plums to reduce down and add 2 tablespoons of the jam. Leave again for another 10-15 minutes on a low heat.
Use this spicy plum and juniper berry compote for that perfectly cooked duck breast or even try it in a crumble on a cold dark winters evening.
ORANGE CAPSICUM, ORANGE ZEST AND CORIANDER SEED
The warm, nutty, subtle spice of the coriander seed works wonders when paired with the bright citrus of the fresh orange juice and zest used in this recipe. The addition of orange habanero chilli takes it to another level that will leave you addicted and on our loyalty programme. The bright punchy flavours of this jam, marinade, paste, whatever you want to call it will guarantee to impress your guests and leave them asking you for the recipe.

Grilled Corn
You can put the corn on the BBQ, griddle pan, under the grill or even just a simple boil for a few minutes. Separately, in a bowl add 2 to 3 teaspoons of this chilli jam, 1 teaspoon of fish sauce (leave if you’re veggie and squeeze some lime!) and pinch of salt. Mix until combined.
Use a spoon/pastry brush/fingers to slather the cooked cob with the mixture you’ve just made. Just before serving, sprinkle over some coriander and a squeeze of fresh lime.
PINEAPPLE, SZECHUAN PEPPERCORN AND HABANERO
This unusual blend of ingredients will initially surprise you with how it will balance and perfect every dish in your kitchen. It will then become your best friend! The unique umami flavor and aroma, paired with the sweet pineapple and spicy habanero creates a special mouth-numbing sensation.
